As you might have noticed, I adore prints and color combinations.

When I saw this dress, I was immediately drawn to this bright color
and slinky line.....even if that required more courage to wear.
But the best thing I loved about this dress was.....
this one could be worn right away without sizing alteration
since it's not easy for me to find an outfit that perfectly suits my size.

There's just something about 'red' that energizes me.
Though the winds are still cold in Tokyo, nothing beats shivering shoulders
than a bright red jacket!

I need a coat in hand to prepare for a cold night,
but walking on streets feeling the footsteps of spring is even better
and that gives me a warmer sigh and a kind of refreshment from this long winter.

I love to think of a new idea to restyle outfits
which creatively challenges me.

After wearing this sheer lace dress previously,
I've been pondered how I can change and remix it for a new style.

For today's blog post and for tonight's out with my friends,
I put this dress on under a skater skirt...it looks as if wearing a tutu
and I liked this remixed style of different materials.

What do you say......?

The fashion in the 60's always captivates us,
and this season, monochrome was reinvented in geometrical prints.
'THE MOD' returned in so many designers' collections,
of course, the lead runners must be optical dresses of Louis Vuitton,
and Twiggy-style shown in Chanel.

And I found the best one to dip my toes into this trend.
To be honest with you, I felt a bit thrilled, 'cause it might have looked
like 'a trend-chaser'
but I found that it's easier to wear than I supposed and looked
amazing with black and white~the combination of the most basic colors.

I consistently wear my kimonos on the stage practice of Nihon-buyoh,
however they are still difficult for me to put on and
they are far from practical for going out.

Instead of them, this dress I found at zara store lately is perfectly wearable.
And I'm so much in love with kimono-like print, the structured details of
side cut-out, and the line that smoothly flows
from top to toe without even being fastend like real kimonos.

After exploring in color-splash, I went back to the extreme~
white & white!

It's definitely one of the latest trends many designers took in.
And it felt a kind of detox of my canvas and gave me a new discovery
that the difference of material is an essential point
when coordinating all-white look.

With a spring being so close, I'm loving bright colors even more
and have a little fascination with animal prints.
They beautifully combine my favorite tastes,
I like how soft and feminine they are while feeling strong and powerful...

For some time now, I've been smitten with cobalt blue.
Especially this Milly coat, so simple but with highly structured silhouette
and sophisticated design in the front, I consider it practically perfect
in everything!

To tell you the truth, I've obsessively picked this up for these three days,
and it seems to become a part of me.
With just one coat on, my heart skips a beat and feels a sort of excitement
all day long.
