ALOHA!!

ALOHA from Hawaii!!
I'm now traveling in Island of Oahu by myself as I could have a week off.
Enjoying reading books, walking along the beach, taking a nap on the poolside.

Some people don't like to travel alone, but I'm used to and actually love to.
You can find something that you might have missed when talking with your company.

Though it's great to share the emotion over words with your friends or partner, it's as worthy as
keeping that in your heart just as it feels.

A LITTLE BIT SLINKY

Today I sported this faux-leather skirt with a bold split detail.
Not only slinky, but this skirt is such a practical piece.
I appreciate the waterproof fabric as we are still in the rainy season
and the long slit to fight against the terrible humidity.

RAIN OR SHINE.

Now the rainy season has begun and we are having the
record breaking heavy rain this week- three times as much as the average.

So I appreciate when the sun shines once in a while, feel so
grateful for the blue sky that comes after the rain......it's just like the left half
of this skirt layered underneath the black.

LINEN BOOTS

Line/flax made a comeback and now they are thriving on the street.
To wear them in a less shabby, more chic mode, I opted for a pair
of line boots. Though they are wrinkle-prone, this material is so ethereal
and look just minimal.

40'S VINTAGE HAT

Hi, everyone! Hope you have started a nice week!

Today I paired this lovely 40's hat found @etsy in the modern note.
These kinds of hat remind me of the audiences of old horse races in movies,
or the royal family ladies. These vintage hats are too cute to decline from
putting into a street playful look, I secretly hope the small-brim hats
will be in fashion so that I could get more options in good conditions.

NAIL UPDATE: JAPANESE GARDEN

I expressed the beauty of Japanese gardens on nails.
A tide of gravels flows alongside whimsical stones......in silence.

TRENCH VEST

New addition to my wardrobe.

I found that a sleeveless trench coat (or more accurately, a trench vest)
must be this year's hottest piece.
Literally I live in it at the first half of this week.
With black trousers (personally recommend a cropped pair!) on Monday,
wore as a dress on Tuesday, and today I paired it with a white pleated skirt.

For the latter half of the week I'd love to go even louder to highlight just
how versatile it is!!
